Tour Plan
Arrive at the airport and be greeted by our representative who will take you to your hotel to check in. Begin your journey with Kochi sightseeing tour that will take you to Mattanchery Palace, Jewish Synagogue that was built 500 years ago, Chinese fishing nets, and local spice market. End your day with a spell binding show of the Kathakali dance form before retiring to the hotel for the night.
After breakfast, proceed to Munnar – the place of exquisite beauty and the largest tea plantation area. Munnar which derives its name from the three rivers, is a paradise for the tourists who are passionate about nature and adventure. Arrive at the hotel and relax for the day, walk around and enjoy the calmness of the place being a hill station.
Spend time in Munnar by visiting the Tea Museum which is closed on Mondays and which will provide the visitors with information about the tea industry in the region. Visit the Mattupetty Dam, Eco point and the colorful Flower Garden. Go back to your hotel for the night and have a comfortable sleep.
Proceed to Thekkady and take a rest in the hotel. Visit the spice garden of Periyar to see the different spices that are cultivated here like pepper, cardamom and vanilla. In the evening you can opt for a Kalari show or an elephant ride. Go back to the hotel for the night.
Kumarakom is a beautiful village located on the Vembanad Lake and famous for backwater tourism. Head to your resort and relax in the beautiful and calm environment. Savor the beauty of backwater and spend time in the comfortable and cozy resort.
Soothe your body with Ayurveda therapies at your resort (on a direct payment basis). This is a time tested health care modality that relies on the use of natural products for healing and relaxation. Stay in Kumarakom during the night.
Proceed to Alleppey, where you will take a traditional houseboat to visit the back water area. Alleppey is also referred to as the “Venice of the East” as it provides the site of canals and lakes. Experience a houseboat and spend a night in it floating on the water.
Head south to Kovalam that boast of its pristine palm lined beaches. Kovalam is well known for its beautiful beaches and for being a location for many a rejuvenation centers. After arrival at the airport, transfer to the hotel and the rest of the day is free for your own leisure.
Find out more about Kovalam: the lighthouse, Vellayani Lake, and Valiyathura Pier. Later in the day, head out on a half-day trip to Trivandrum to see the Napier Museum, Shree Chitra Kala Art Gallery and Kuthiramalika Palace. Retrace back to Kovalam for an overnight accommodation.
Spend a day on leisure in Kovalam either indulging in activities of own choice or just relaxing on the beach. You have the whole of your last night in Kerala to do as you wish.
Post breakfast, you will be transferred to Trivandrum airport for your onward flight back home with memories of Kerala.
