When you get to the Narita Airport in Tokyo, you will be taken to your respective hotel through the Seat-in-Coach service (Airport Limousine bus) that only drops passengers at certain points. Once you have settled into your hotel, the rest of the day is free for you to go out and explore the colourful city on your own. Spend a night in Tokyo.
Take a Tokyo City Tour for a day that begins at Tokyo Station or JR Shinjuku Station. These are Meiji Shrine, Imperial Palace Plaza, Senso-ji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street, Drive through Japan National Stadium and Kabukiza in Ginza. Have a western style lunch and take in the sights of Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba, and Toyosu Market. It ends at Tokyo Station Marunochi. Proceed on your own to the hotel for an overnight stay in Tokyo.
In the morning, go for a tour to Mount Fuji and Hakone after breakfast. Pick up at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo and proceed to 5th station of Mt. Fuji. It also includes a Japanese-style lunch, a cruise on the Lake Ashi, a visit to the Hakone Komagatake Ropeway and ends at the Shinjuku Station West Exit. Proceed back to the hotel for the second consecutive night in Tokyo.
Have breakfast and then it is time to leave the hotel in Tokyo. Head out to the station for a ride on the Shinkansen bullet train to Shin-Osaka. Once you get there, proceed to the hotel in Osaka for checking in and the rest of the day is free for sightseeing. Overnight stay in Osaka.
In the morning after breakfast, you will leave Hotel Granvia Osaka and go for a Kyoto & Nara Tour. Go to Kyoto by train and spend a day at Kyoto Station and Nijo Castle, Kinkaku-ji Temple and either Kyoto Imperial Palace or Kitano Tenmangu Shrine. Savor a fixed price lunch and visit Todai-ji Temple and Nara Park in Nara. Take a train back to Osaka station and end the tour. Return to your hotel in Osaka for the night.
Enjoy the day with an independent tour of Osaka; take in the sights and sounds of the city. Overnight stay in Osaka.
After breakfast, go to Kansai Airport for Seat-in-Coach transfer to the airport from specified hotels. You should also know that the bus stops at certain points for your benefit.
